One Account Per Person

By accessing, registering on, or using the tk7191 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. To register a tk7191 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:
Each player may hold only one registered account on tk7191. Attempting to open or operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. tk7191 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonus credits associated with them.
By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify tk7191 promptly if any registered details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
Section 3
tk7191 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity and age of all players prior to the processing of withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered at tk7191's discretion at any point during a player's account lifecycle, including upon a deposit, upon a significant change in account activity, or upon receipt of a suspicious transaction report.
Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
tk7191 reserves the right to place a hold on any pending withdrawal until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the verification request may result in account suspension and return of any deposited funds to the originating payment method, less any bonus credits previously granted.
Section 4
All financial transactions on the tk7191 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tk7191 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. tk7191 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder.
Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the thresholds set by the individual payment provider and may vary by method. tk7191 reserves the right to amend these limits with notice published on the platform.
tk7191 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, players acknowledge that mobile wallet operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and card networks (Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside tk7191's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the tk7191 finance team during standard processing windows. Most withdrawals via bKash and Nagad complete within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may extend to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. tk7191 is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.
tk7191 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a rolling 30-day period. This is a risk management measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Section 5
tk7191 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tk7191 bonus offers:
tk7191 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently amended or withdrawn will be subject to the terms that were in force at the time of the claim.

tk7191 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure (other than for fraud or breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus credits and associated pending winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tk7191 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. If a player wishes to permanently self-exclude, the self-exclusion will be applied immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.
Section 10
tk7191 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at tk7191.vip/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tk7191 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly for the purposes of operating the platform and fulfilling our obligations under this Agreement.
Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where there is no legitimate legal basis for its continued retention. Section 11
tk7191 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players. tk7191's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
tk7191 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. tk7191 will endeavour to restore service promptly and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
Section 13
All content on the tk7191 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of tk7191 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tk7191 platform without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of tk7191's intellectual property will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to a claim for damages. tk7191 reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
Section 14
tk7191 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk7191 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
Your continued use of the tk7191 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.

Section 15
These Terms & Conditions are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event that any translation of this Agreement is provided for informational convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or ambiguity between language versions.
All official communications between tk7191 and players, including support correspondence, account notifications, and formal dispute notices, will be conducted in English. Players who require assistance in another language may contact support, but English will remain the governing language for all contractual purposes.
